What are the system requirements?
A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari) A stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps upload for streaming), A desktop, laptop, Mobile or tablet with at least 4GB RAM
If I go offline, will my channel stay On Air?
Yes. Once your stream is started from the Cloud Playout server, it continues to run independently — even if you log out, close your browser, or turn off your computer. The system handles video playback, overlays, tickers, and scheduling directly from the server, ensuring your channel remains On Air 24/7 without needing to stay connected.
What happens if my subscription expires?
If your subscription expires, your channel will be temporarily suspended. This means your scheduled streams, playlists, and overlays will stop broadcasting until you renew your plan. However, your content and settings will remain safely stored — including uploaded videos, playlists, overlay designs, and channel configurations. Once you reactivate your subscription, everything will resume exactly where you left off.
Is there any storage limit on my account?
Yes, storage limits depend on your subscription plan. Each plan comes with a predefined quota for video uploads and asset storage (e.g., overlays, logos, and tickers). You can monitor your usage from the dashboard at any time. If you need more space, you can upgrade your plan or purchase additional storage. Cloud Playout ensures your media is securely stored and optimized for fast streaming.
